As part of our commitment to excellence, we exclusively offer our own premium hair extensions and medical-grade wigs, which are carefully curated to ensure a seamless match in texture, length, and quality. To protect the integrity of our results, we do not install third-party hair or products. Payment & Reservation A non-refundable deposit, representing the full starting price of your service, is required at the time of booking to secure your personalized appointment. This ensures that we can dedicate the necessary time and resources to deliver a flawless, one-on-one experience tailored to your specific hair care needs. This payment structure reflects the importance of your dedicated session and our commitment to offering personalized care. Price Variations Please note that final prices are subject to change based on the length, density, and condition of your hair. During your visit, additional charges may apply after an in-person assessment to ensure we provide the best possible service tailored to your needs. Why Full Payment is Required By requiring full payment upfront, we streamline the booking process and ensure that your appointment is prioritized with the care and attention it deserves. Our goal is to create a luxurious, stress-free experience that leaves you feeling confident and empowered. Late Arrivals: • To preserve the luxury experience for all our clients, we kindly request that you arrive promptly. A $50 late fee will be applied if you arrive 15 minutes or more after your scheduled time. After 20 minutes, we may need to reschedule your appointment, as we prioritize a seamless and attentive service for each client. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. Cancellation & Rescheduling: • A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling to ensure we can offer this appointment to other clients. Cancellations after 24 hours will incur a 50% fee of the total service price. No-shows will be charged the full service amount, as this appointment is reserved exclusively for you.
